Krishna Kanta Handiqui State Open University (KKHSOU) Study Centre of Madhab Choudhury College, Barpeta was started in 2023 from the July session. The Centre provides various courses to the learners. The main objective of the Study Centre is to provide opportunities of higher education are a larger segment of the population including those who could not pursue higher education at the appropriate time due to various reasons. At present the Study Centre is conducting the following Programmes:

1. Bachelor Degree: B.A. (Hons) in Assamese, Economics, History, Education, English, Philosophy and Political Science
2. BCA (Bachelor in Computer Science)
3. Certificate Programmes: Certificate Programmes in Digital Library, Early Childhood Education, Ethno History, Indian Tradition Knowledge System, Migration History, Vedic Mathematics (Eligibility: 10+2)
4. Master Degree: M.A. in Assamese, Economics, Education, English, Journalism and Mass Communication, Political Science
5. MSW (Master of Social Work)
