Admission Procedure for Higher Secondary Courses
Applicants seeking admission to Higher Secondary courses must follow the online admission process through the official portal: www.mccollegeonline.co.in
- Visit the website www.mccollegeonline.co.in and select “Apply Online.” Then choose “New Enrolment” from the pop-up window.
- Register by paying the required enrolment fee through the online payment gateway. Applicants must provide a functional mobile number and valid email ID during registration.
- After successful registration, applicants can download the college prospectus. Students are advised to carefully read the prospectus before selecting their subject combinations.
- Log in again to fill out the online application form. Candidates must keep soft copies of required documents and a recent photograph ready for uploading.
- After submission, applicants must print the generated application form and submit the hard copy to the College Office.
- The merit list will be published according to the schedule displayed on the college notice board.
- Admissions will be processed by the Admission Committee in accordance with the Government of Assam guidelines.
- Students must collect their Identity Card on the date of admission.
- Candidates who passed the HSLC or equivalent examination in earlier years must submit a Gap Certificate during admission.
- In case of any dispute regarding admission, the decision of the Principal will be final.
- Students must provide correct bank account details to avail benefits of Government schemes such as scholarships, reimbursement of hostel mess dues, and textbook grants.
Documents Required (Soft Copies to be uploaded)
Applicants must upload scanned copies of the following documents while submitting the online application:
- Certificate from the Head of the Institution where the candidate last studied
- HSLC or equivalent Mark Sheet
- Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/MOBC/PH) if applying under reserved category
- Address Proof
- Migration Certificate (for candidates from boards other than Board of Secondary Education Assam)
- Proficiency Certificate (for EC/NCC quota, if applicable)
- Income Certificate (optional)
- Bank Passbook
- Domicile/State Certificate (PRC, Voter ID, NRC, Aadhaar, BPL card, Birth Certificate, or Passport)
At the time of admission, candidates must produce the original documents along with self-attested copies and a recent passport-size photograph for the identity card.
Admission Procedure for Undergraduate Courses (B.A./B.Sc. 1st Semester)
Admission to Undergraduate programmes at Madhab Choudhury College is conducted online through www.mccollegeonline.co.in
- Visit the website and select “Apply Online” followed by “New Enrolment.”
- Register by paying the required enrolment fee through the online payment gateway.
- After registration, download the college prospectus and read it carefully before filling the application form.
- Log in again to complete the online application form and upload the required documents and photograph.
- Submit the printed copy of the application form to the College Office.
- The merit list will be published as per the dates mentioned on the notice board.
- Selected candidates must appear for document verification/interview and produce the original documents during admission.
- Candidates selected for admission must complete the process by paying the prescribed admission fee online (Credit Card/Debit Card/Online Payment). The college promotes cashless transactions.
- Candidates who passed the H.S. examination in earlier years must submit a Gap Certificate at the time of admission.
- The Admission Committee processes and finalizes all applications.
- Students applying for free admission under the Government of Assam scheme must upload soft copies of their Income Certificate and a photograph of sapling plantation as per government rules.
