Objectives

The Incubation Centre is committed to fostering a culture of self-reliance and excellence through the following goals:

• Awareness & Motivation: Sensitizing students and the educated youth of North East India toward entrepreneurship as a rewarding and viable career path.
• External Exposure & Networking: Facilitating and encouraging student participation in specialized seminars, workshops, and awareness programs organized by industrial bodies (such as DICC and Assam Startup) to provide first-hand exposure to the global innovation landscape.
• Skill Development: Conducting intensive training programs to build essential entrepreneurial and technical skill sets.
• Curriculum Integration: Developing and incorporating entrepreneurship-related modules into our academic programs to foster a business mindset from the ground up.
• Mentorship & Support: Providing professional guidance and incubation facilities to first-time entrepreneurs during their critical gestation period.
• From Lab to Market: Exploring opportunities to commercialize potential technologies and innovative ideas developed by the faculty and students of MC College.
• Self-Employment Groups: Forming dedicated technology and innovation groups consisting of enthusiastic students and alumni to drive self-employment initiatives.
